Market Strategy Implementation
Execute localized marketing initiatives (e.g., right-hand drive vehicle campaigns, adaptations for Muslim cultural norms)
Formulate and achieve quarterly key performance indicators (e.g., $1M+ in quarterly contract value, 15%+ quarter-over-quarter growth in store GMV)
Customer Ecosystem Development
Develop top-tier key accounts (KA), design and implement AI livestreaming platform solutions, and meet key metrics (e.g., lead acquisition cost <$20, tool usage rate ≥80%)
Establish a network of 1,000+ dealers to standardize coverage of small and medium-sized clients, and promote product deployment in stores (e.g., store traffic conversion rate ≥25%, average GMV growth ≥15% within 6 months)
Regional Risk Management
Establish a rapid-response mechanism for cultural compliance (e.g., crisis response time <24 hours)
Maintain relationships with government bodies and platform partners to secure policy benefits
8+ years of marketing and management experience in Southeast Asia, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional tech-marketing teams of 50+; automotive industry background preferred
Familiarity with Southeast Asian cultures and local laws and regulations, with hands-on experience in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia
Preferred: strong connections with senior contacts at platforms like TikTok and YouTube
English proficiency required; fluency in at least one Southeast Asian language preferred
